The price of the products will be the one that was set on the date you placed the order. Shipping costs and fees will be available in the purchase process.

Your order will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days, except in cases where the purchase is being made in a pre-sale, in which case the deadline set therein will follow.
If you make more than one purchase, all items will be shipped when all products are available.
You may, however, request to send them a firstname.lastname@example.org via email, however the additional costs will be your responsibility.
As soon as your order is processed you will receive an email with a tracking number and details via email. The average shipping time is 2 to 3 business days for Mainland Portugal, and 2-4 business days to Islands and other geographies.
The average delivery time will vary depending on the place of destination (Mainland Portugal, Islands or other geographies) being dependent on distribution channels. We would like to note that if it is necessary to go through customs it is possible that the deadlines are longer, so you should take into account possible delays when you purchase.
Delivery is carried out on weekdays. If you are not at home we recommend that you provide us with an alternative address. If you choose to refuse your order you will be responsible for any additional fees you may incur and shipping charges for your order to our address (this amount will be withdrawn when we refund your order).
We are based in Portugal, so please note that the customer is responsible for paying any fees that are imposed by the country of origin to the country of destination.

You can cancel any order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Send us an email to email@example.com and the cancellation will not be cost.
If the cancellation is made after the items have been sent, you will only have to refuse upon receipt. The pieces will be returned to us and your money (amount paid for the items) will be refunded after we receive the pieces back
