Will items with an indication of sold out be replaced?

All our products are limited edition, once sold out they will not be replaced again.

In bikinis, can I buy different tops and bottoms? (model or size)

Bikinis are always sold with both pieces, so they cannot be sold separately.

My package hasn’t arrived yet. How do I know where you are?

When your order leaves our store, Hopiness sends a message to the email address with which you registered the purchase, with the data you should use to track the status of your order. Follow the instructions sent. Confirm that the email is not in the SPAM box.

Can there be delays in the delivery of my order?

Hopiness, like the carrier, work daily to meet delivery times, however, at times of higher order volume there may be some delays. We appreciate your understanding.

What should you do if you receive an incorrect article?

If you mistakenly receive an item you didn’t order, please contact us info@hopiness.pt.
