After we receive your info, Hopiness will confirm the stock availability and will validate the exchange.

The new product will be shipped by the shipping company, with no adicional costs (except if the exchange occur more than once).

When you receive the new product, on the address informed at the formulary, you should hand the shipping company the previously bought product. Otherwise the new product will not be delivered and you will have to make de devolution. In the case that the product shows some evidente use (excluding just to try) we will not accept the exchange.
