Exchanges and Returns
Once the information has been received, Hopiness will confirm stock availability and validate the exchange. The new product will be sent by courier, at no additional cost (except in situations where the exchange occurs more than once). When the new product is delivered, to the address indicated on the exchange form, you must deliver the product from the previous purchase to the courier, otherwise the new product will not be delivered and you will have to carry out the return procedure.
If the product appears with evidence of use (excluding for testing) we will not accept the exchange.
Care to be taken
Wash the pieces by hand in cold water after each use, removing all salt or chlorine residue. When using detergent, always use neutral detergent.
Squeeze gently, without twisting. Leave to dry naturally; do not use a tumble dryer. Never iron.
Avoid contact with rough or rough areas to avoid damaging the lycra.
Be careful with tanning lotions and body oils, as well as cosmetics, as these can damage lycra and elastic.
Do not leave wet items inside plastic bags, nor leave them in water for long periods.
Before any prolonged period of non-use, the items should be washed according to the instructions above and then stored in a dry, airy place.
As you know, Lycra is not a watertight product. It has elasticity and in the case of our products, it stretches in all directions. Depending on your height, cup size and the size of your usual pants, the size may vary.
